400 mbps allows for 7 to 9 devices at once. VoIPster offers MATCHING 400 mbps download and upload speed! 

YOU OWN YOUR DEVICE

There is a $250 initial, one time, additional charge (First time total is $315). This will cover your first month, an 8 to 12in dish (depending on your needs), and installation. Once paid, you own the equipment. Moreover, if you stop service for a month, move around the world, or life happens, you can always pick right back up with service by just giving us a call.

GEOSYCHRONOUS ORBIT

Our satellites are in geosynchronous orbit, meaning that our satellite operates at a lower frequency. Therefore, this helps in that our users aren’t going to have spotty service just because of a thunderstorm or cloudy day. 

The Fine Print... But Bigger

VoIPster Communications offers satellite internet of 400Mbps at $65 a month. This 400 Mbps is for uploading and downloading speeds. This price is reserved for those who will sign to a 2 year agreement to lock in that rate for 24 months. If you would prefer to have a month to month plan, the rate is $75. With the service, an initial one-time purchase of $250 will need to be made to cover the equipment.  In summary, once you purchase the equipment, you own it! If you ever stop and restart service, we can still use the same equipment with a $35 activation fee. Overall, that’s it! Up front and to the point!

They Saved Me!

We were thinking about changing our network. I spoke with a number of vendors and found that VoIPster really had a good handle of the situation and were going to provide the solution we were looking for at a lesser cost and with non-proprietary equipment. After I met with them and we had a plan, we had a catastrophic failure of our current Cisco phone system. Also, the other vendor had tied the phone and network systems together, so when our phone system went down, so did the network. Moreover, I happened to be on vacation out of the area. 

I made a call to VoIPster Communications and within hours, they were out there implementing the system we had talked about. Overall, it was a patch, but it put our phones and internet back up and working that same day.

The vendor I had before was not able to fix it and was going to have to reload everything on the box (which was bad at the time) which would have cost me MUCH more than what we implemented. VoIPster made it all happen with me not there to oversee everything. In summary, our business had a minimal impact and I was able to get back to enjoying my vacation. VoIPster communicates regularly with me and ensures that I fully understand the “techno talk” that is part of their business. When we had a few hiccups in the implementation of our new network and phone system, they were quick to fix it or be on site if necessary. VoIPster worked tirelessly with our copier vendor to get our fax machine working on the new phone system. It had nothing to do with our phone system and everything to do with their copier. Superior to Our Previous Provider

I needed a HIPAA compliant platform for my medical practice. Now, I have my own platform and an electronic office associated with it. I have all my files, calendar, email, patient contact list on the same system as the telehealth system. It is compact, easy to access. We are learning to interact with it. All records are saved on the icloud in a HIPAA compliant way. At this time, I can sit down at a computer (or phone) and see my patients and do their paperwork anywhere I am. My patients comment on the quality of the picture and the audio for the telehealth, better than the other systems they are experienced with, both medical and other. The screen is like a TV not like a pixelated slow picture. It is clear and sharp. The audio is as good as a phone quality.
 
I recommend the system I have to other health professionals. I am a small individual provider and do not have support people to do the IT work, office work or other support services. Neither do I have the finances to buy/rent a large complicated system for an electronic office. This system has helped me and my part time assistant be more efficient and faster. Having access from anywhere helps me care for my patients more effectively when I am not in the office. Overall, larger entities will benefit even more from the integrated system VoIPster has put together.
